cancellation policy

To ensure a seamless experience for all clients and to respect the time of our providers, we kindly ask that you review our booking and cancellation policy below.
Card on File
A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments. No charges will be made unless the cancellation policy is violated.
Cancellations & Rescheduling (24+ Hours Notice)
Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee.
If a deposit was placed, it will remain on your account as a credit for a future service or may be refunded upon request.
Late Cancellations (2–24 Hours Notice)
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time (but more than 2 hours prior) will incur a fee of 50% of the total service price (prior to any discounts or membership pricing). This amount will be charged to the card on file.
No-Shows & Last-Minute Cancellations (Within 2 Hours)
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment, or cancel within 2 hours of the scheduled time, will be charged 100% of the total service price.
Prepaid Laser Packages
Appointments booked using prepaid laser packages are subject to the same cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in one session being redeemed per treatment area booked.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their service time adjusted to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments. If we are unable to accommodate the service within the remaining time, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation and subject to the applicable fee.
