At The Parlour, we are committed to providing excellent care and service, and to do so, we carefully reserve time for each of our clients. However, we also understand that life can be unpredictable and emergencies happen. To ensure fairness to all clients, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment (the earlier the better). This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening. No-Show Policy: • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice may be subject to a $50 fee or the loss of a prepaid service or deposit. Late Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may require a deposit for future bookings. This deposit will be applied to your next appointment but is non-refundable if the appointment is missed again without proper notice. We value your time and appreciate your understanding in helping us serve you and other clients better.
